Real Estate Agents and Loan Officers
WE ARE SEEKING REAL ESTATE AGENTS and LOAN OFFICERS in all of our locations. One unique aspect of CIG is that we pay you on ALL CIG products that you help sell, whether it is Real Estate, Loans or any of our Real Estate Investment products. - Loan Officers - No license is required. As a loan officer, you may work as an unlicensed employee under our CFL license or as a licensed 1099 contractor under our DRE license. We have dedicated processors and underwriters who will help you structure and submit your loans.
- Real Estate Agents - DRE license is required. We have Transaction coordination services to ensure your transactions close on time.
- Sales Managers (Business Unit Managers) for both loans and Real Estate. We’re looking for managers with a minimum of 3 years experience and with a track record of financial success, as well as managing teams.
- Telemarketers. We are continuing to expand our telemarketing team. With our proprietary filtering system, you will have quality contacts to begin building a solid customer base. In addition, for the right individuals, we have a limited number of salary + bonus positions available.
- Loan Processors and Underwriters. These are the backbone positions of the company. We are seeking experienced individuals who have a track record of on-time closings, with an attitude toward great customer response.
- Trainers. Our CIG Academy continues to expand. We are seeking individuals who know Real Estate and Loans or both and have the desire to train others. Spanish speaking trainers would be a plus.
Loan Processors and Trainers
WE ARE SEEKING EXPERIENCED LOAN PROCESSORS WHO are interested in also training others to succeed.
Candidate must be proficient with Encompass software, be able to close
a minimum of 30-35 units per month and have a positive personality and
attitude. Strong product knowledge of “A”, “Alt A” and sub-prime
lenders/products preferred.
The ideal candidate is responsible for reviewing the loan
application package for completeness and accuracy, verifies and
validates supporting income, asset and liability documentation. These
duties include calculating income, funds to close; reviewing and
verifying credit report and other income liabilities. Will also review
conditions, title reports, appraisals, purchase contracts and escrow
instructions. Person also identifies potentially fraudulent
information, performs verbal verification of employment and acts as a
back-up to other processors.
Additionally, the ideal candidate would have the leadership ability to train others using CIG Academy training materials.
Other job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- 2 years or more experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Absolute attention to detail and accuracy in processing
- Demonstrate the ability to gather and organize loan data and information utilizing all the tools available for creative processing
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and retain new and existing loan parameters and guidelines.
