1. Marketing Business Plan. Everything starts with a plan. We help you build your goals. If you want to make $150K - $200K a year, you need to make X number of calls, meet Y number of new clients, and close Z number of transactions. We show you how!

In addition, our leaders have over 26 years in both Real Estate and loans.


10. Agent Field Trips. Our Real Estate brokers take you ON TOUR to view properties so that you learn first-hand how to inspect a property for value.


11. On-staff Attorneys who are experts in Real Estate, 1031 Exchanges, contracts and intellectual property rights.


12. Dedicated Real Estate Investment Team. This team, headed by a Real Estate and Securities attorney, helps your clients identify and purchase high yielding real estate investment opportunities: such as 1st and 2nd Deeds of Trusts, 1031 standard and TIC Exchanges, condo conversions, as well as raw land and subdivisions.


13. Internet-based Tracking Tool. CIG has built its own proprietary system to track all of your transactions from start to finish over the Internet from anywhere in the world at anytime. You can check every transaction, the status: submission, appraisal ordered, escrow opened, funded, how many transactions you have done year to date, how much you’ve earned, and EVERY note or comment that the processing team and you have entered regarding this transaction.
